I counsel everyone on nutrition (whether they want it or not…!) and I think weight loss comes down to good nutrition, activity, and stress control. Weight loss is hormonal, mental, and physical…that is what makes it so tough!

My job is to help you with all of the above obstacles to make weight loss do-able! Then the rest is really up to you. I am in the processing of developing a coaching program and weight loss quick-start program that will be available in person and online.
